AI is used as an assistive technology to enhance our work, not replace professional expertise, judgement or accountability.
Human Accountability
All AI-assisted work is reviewed and approved by appropriately qualified members of our team.
Forepoint remains fully responsible for the quality, accuracy, suitability and integrity of all client deliverables, regardless of whether AI has been used during the development process. AI-generated outputs are treated as draft material and are never relied upon without human review and validation.
Security, Privacy and Confidentiality
Protecting client information is a core principle of our business.
We apply controls designed to protect confidential, commercially sensitive and personal information and operate in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable contractual obligations. AI-related risks are managed as part of our wider information security and risk management framework.
Governance and Compliance
Forepoint uses approved AI technologies that are assessed against relevant security, privacy, intellectual property and compliance requirements.
Our approach is guided by recognised principles of safety, transparency, fairness, accountability and appropriate human oversight. We regularly review our policies and practices to reflect changes in technology, regulation and industry best practice.

We believe trust is built through openness and clear communication.
Where appropriate, we will be transparent about the role AI has played in our processes, respect client requirements regarding AI usage and provide additional information on our approach when requested.
