Since the start of the coronavirus outbreak, businesses worldwide have sought to do whatever they can to proactively respond to the crisis. Here at Forepoint, we’re no different.
Over the past few weeks, members of our design and digital teams have been busy volunteering their experience and expertise to leading clinical psychologist, trauma expert and visiting professor at University of Sunderland, Dr. Warren Larkin.
Working alongside the mental health campaigner and former care minister, Sir Norman Lamb, the two experts have been busy – successfully enlisting an ever growing number of individuals and organisations in support of a campaign calling on the UK Government to convene a Resilience Task Force to respond to the psychosocial aftermath of the coronavirus public health crisis.
Since its launch, the campaign has already received extensive coverage in the media, including the Telegraph, BBC News channels and across social media, with more planned activity due to take place over the next few weeks and months.
Just two days into the campaign, Twitter impressions had already hit just shy of half a million impressions, with a unique potential reach of just under 200,000. In addition, within the space of 10 hours, the hashtag #resiliencetaskforce had been used in over 100 tweets.
Forepoint Managing Director Steve Gill, commenting on the partnership said:
