A warm welcome to Studio 15, Momentum Place

It’s been almost two years in the planning, but finally the day’s come to officially throw open the doors of our new Preston abode. A warm welcome to valued clients, trusted suppliers, loyal friends, devoted partners and all those interested in offering us new business opportunities in the future.

Those that know us will be well aware that Momentum Place has been a project close to all our hearts, one that’s involved everyone. It’s perhaps somewhat clichéd to say, but it’s been a real team effort, led by Director, Steve Gill.

It’s presented opportunities to demonstrate our in-house 3D rendering skills, to build super-duper scale models, to show off our interior and spatial design abilities, to select the finishing touches and to inject a healthy dose of personality. The result: a space that’s now befitting our agency, professional and welcoming with a healthy smattering of fun.

There was no shortage of blood and sweat along the way (we put the tears on hold), dealing with everything from planning and fire regulations, through to contractors and tradesmen.

For those lucky enough to attend our grand opening/25th birthday party, revel in the record of the event. For those that didn’t make it, we look forward to extending a warm welcome to you in the future. In the meantime, why not take a look at what you’ve missed (so far)!

As Kevin McCloud of Grand Designs fame would say: “What the Forepoint team have created is a visionary space, a space where creativity can truly flourish.

“From the building’s cool, industrial shell emerge interiors oozing colour, warmth and personality. Bespoke wallpaper wittily honours employees past and present, together with clients and associates who’ve contributed to Forepoint’s success over the past 25 years. The social area, bedecked in reclaimed wood and bronze, with a subtle hint towards ‘a local’ named The Point & Pixel, provides the perfect environment for colleagues to enjoy one another’s company and to take part in the lunchtime game of pool challenge, client deadlines allowing, of course!

“Upstairs, the open plan studio, dotted with personal memorabilia is bright and airy creating a real home-from-home. For those needing time to contemplate and be inspired, a library in the eaves provides a cosy snug to conduct research and host informal meetings.

“All the work, effort, extensive planning and investment has been worth it. What Forepoint have achieved at Studio 15, Momentum Place in Preston is quite remarkable. It’s a project that’s been brought in on time and on budget, most importantly, it’s a project that’s created a bright future for the company. It’s given Forepoint a space where they feel proud to entertain clients, where staff feel comfortable and from where they can realise their ambitions to grow and expand the business in the future. Way to go Forepoint!”
